Refund policy
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship to Canada, the USA, and the EU. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all Canadian and US orders over $75 CAD / $75 USD, and to all EU orders over €60 EUR. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs for shipments to the USA and EU are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Standard Canadian shipments are sent via a trackable service and are expected to take 3-7 working days once dispatched, depending on the destination. Standard US shipments are expected to take 3-5 working days once dispatched. Standard EU shipments are expected to take 7-14 working days once dispatched, depending on the destination country. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We currently facilitate shipping to Canada, the USA, and the EU. We are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to other international destinations in the near future.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact Flore Cura at email as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied toward previous orders and we are unable to make manual changes with discount codes.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away at email and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at email with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer refunds for all products returned within 14 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To start a return, you can contact us at email. Shipping charges incurred in connection with a return are non-refundable, and your original shipping fee is non-refundable. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please contact us immediately if the item you received is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note, we are not able to offer refunds or replacements for Flore Cura products purchased from another retailer. In this circumstance, please contact the website or store you purchased from.
