Shipping Policy

• We ship to Canada, the USA, and the EU.
• Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all Canadian and US orders over $75 CAD / $75 USD, and to all EU orders over €60 EUR.
• Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs for shipments to the USA and EU are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
• Standard Canadian shipments are expected to take 3-7 working days once dispatched.
• Standard US shipments are expected to take 3-5 working days once dispatched.
• Standard EU shipments are expected to take 7-14 working days once dispatched.
